World Cup Hotel Hot List Announced

April 7th, 2010 · No Comments

Football fans can enjoy sunshine, great hotel deals and full World Cup 2010 action while on holiday thanks to the new World Cup hotels hot list launched by Hotels4u.com. All of the hot list hotels will be screening World Cup matches throughout the tournament, with special offers and cheap hotels in top destinations such as the Canary Islands, Greece and Egypt starting from as low as £8.29 per person per night.

The World Cup 2010 action kicks off in South Africa on 11th June and builds towards the tension-filled final on Sunday 11th July. With plenty of excitement to look forward to, football fans can make the event truly one to remember by combining it with an affordable holiday in one of a range of major destinations. Hotels in Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Majorca, Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, Portugal, and Cyprus are all offering special deals during the World Cup next year.

All types of accommodation are also represented, ranging from cheap hotels and apartment complexes offering bed and breakfast or self catering packages to five star all inclusive hotels.

Steven Moore, Head of eCommerce at Hotels4u.com, comments: “Rather than stay at home to watch the World Cup, fans can guarantee themselves some sunshine and a well-deserved summer break. It’s a great opportunity to get together with mates and enjoy football at its best, plus there’s something for everyone. Even if football isn’t your passion, there’s always sunbathing by the pool, relaxing on the beach, sightseeing, shopping, water sports and numerous other activities.”
