Fiji is a place synonymous with underwater adventure and is the go to destination for for divers seeking world class diving, healthy reefs and a wide variety of marine life. Best of all, it is basically free of Great Whites and bothersome jelly fish which so often ruin or scare the majority of dives these days. The reefs surrounding Fiji were long avoided as a result of many early South Pacific explorers shredding their ships on the sharp corals below. One could easily say that the reefs of Fiji played a major role in preserving this island nation we get to enjoy today.

Because of the early efforts by Fiji to protect its reefs, fishing and waters form pollution, dive in Fiji is thriving. Considered the Soft coral capital of the world, Fiji is a must see destination for divers and underwater adventure seekers around the world. You can expect to see a great variety of fish - Scorpion, Butterfly, Lion and Parrot. Moray eels, Nurse sharks and brightly colored Sea Slugs and Corals which look more like cabbage and cauliflower.

Here are some of the Best dive spots in Fiji -Vanua Levi Area - Near Savusavu and Taveuni. The Kandavu Islands and Beqa near Viti Levu and in the Coral Sea around the Lomaiviti archipelago.
