Historically, destinations such as Fiji, Tahiti or Bora Bora were considered perfect places for Honeymooners and Adventurers, but today more people are looking to share these destinations with their family’s. Quite possibly before these destinations lose their pristine attributes and quaity’s.
Here are a few Tips for making the trip an enjoyable and memorable one for the entire family.
Go with the flow, leave the schedule behind and expect the unexpected. The idea is to keep smiling and ensure the adventure for your kids is one they will treasure for a lifetime.
Utilize hotels with pools and activity’s for kids. Staying cool inn exotic locations can be a challenge, a refreshing pool to rest by is a great way to recharge and regroup
Keep it simple, try to stay in various places and build a day around one major event. Its too easy to try get to see everything and at the same miss everything. Keeping it simple ensures quality.
Travel light because you will probably need to carry your kids bag at one point or another. if it doesn’t fit into each person personal pack, leave it behind.
We always bring a snack staple like Peanut Butter, its quick and easy to eat and is a great way to mask any medicines you may need to take such as anti-malaria pills.
Lastly, bring along tissues and anti bacterial gel, you will find the bathrooms to be wide in variety and quality and a constant battle to find one.
Leave the cell phones at home, most wont work and it s only a distraction for kids.
Provide a digital camera for each kid to record and share their trip upon their return with friends and other family.
